Complete suite of 45 works, including 43 lithographs heightened with hand-coloring in pochoir and 2 calligrams (on 23 sheets), 1927, printed by Henri Chachoin, Paris, published by Éditions d'Art, Succès, includes facsimile of an introduction letter written by Josephine Baker and a preface by RIP (the satirist George Thenon), sheets presented loose as issued and in rare double portfolio covers.
Only 500 examples of this portfolio were printed, and few complete copies such as the work offered here still exist.
