The Model 23 XTR was introduced in 1978 and imported from Japan by Winchester. This versatile shotgun was produced in four different barrel lengths and featured a single trigger, vent rib, auto ejectors, and scroll engraving. Its blued barrels complemented a checkered select walnut stock and forend, making it both functional and aesthetically appealing. The Model 23 XTR is designed to chamber three-inch shells in both 12 and 20 gauge, enhancing its adaptability for various shooting needs.
Overall good estate condition, barrels have oxidation, finish wear and scratches, stock has missing wood to the right of barrel lever, varnish craquelure just behind receiver with minor field marks from normal age and use, bores are shiny.
