English, Liverpool, circa 1800, Herculaneum Factory, buff stoneware, a bust of Adam, Viscount Duncan of Camperdown and Admiral, it is inscribed on the front "L.D. Duncan" and an unidentified naval military gentleman, both modeled on a square bow-fronted plinth, moulded in relief with naval trophies and in uniform. Inscribed on the rear of the plinth "P. Stephan.f " and "Stephan.f" respectively.
