Early 19th century, mahogany, mahogany veneer with light and dark wood inlays, pine secondary, painted metal face reading "David Harris, Brewer", upper face panel with automaton swinging ship, hood with turned wood finials, hinged glazed door with scalloped surround, the case with light and dark wood barber pole banded inlays, hinged waist door flanked by 3/4 spiral twist columns, repeating inlays and burl veneer to base on shaped bracket feet, together with winding key, pendulum and two weights.
