The first a German coin scale, circa 1800, the scale with steel beam and two circular brass pans, and (13) square grain weights, all fitted within a wood case, the lid interior stamped "PD ABGEZOGEN" (1 x 7 1/8 x 2 1/8 in.); the second a 19th century coin scale with brass beam and two round brass pans, fitted with (5) round weights marked "AS LOUIS" and "DUC", within a papered veneer box (1 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2 in.); the third without case, apothecary scale featuring brass beam and two round pans, together with collection of assorted weights, some marked for Henry Troemner of Philadelphia.
From a Significant Boston Silver Collector Some rusting to steel beam; not guaranteed to be in working condition; surface wear and staining to cases; some losses to hinges and clasps on wood case.
