Early 19th century, watercolor on ivory, signed T.H. to the lower right, possibly by the hand of Thomas Hazlehurst (c. 1740-c.1821), the handsome gent with blue eyes and blue coat, white waistcoat with high collar and tied cravat, and presented in a period silver gilt pendant.
