Paris, first quarter 19th century, porcelain dial with Breguet steel hands signed "NAUDIN / Rue Ne des Petits-Champs 22, silk suspension pendulum movement with countwheel numbered "77 / 59," striking on half hour and hour, set within a white marble architectural case with dore bronze mounts surmounted by a bronze figure of Clio leaning with open scroll.

Silk replaced with nylon line; movement operational at time of evaluation and striking; top of case may have had other bronze mounts in addition to open scroll; rubbing and losses to gilt; marble with light staining and some small edge chips.
