England, circa 1895, likely Elder Road Pottery Works, Cobridge (Stoke-on-Trent), blue transfer-decorated ironstone, rocaille and floral patterned motifs to the scalloped rim and foot, underside with impressed "FURNIVAL" and Anchor and Rapier marks, and worn British registry numbered mark.
