20th century, after a 16th century "Bella Donna" example by Diruta, footed round plates having cobalt, with gold and ruby luster glazes, featuring 16th century style profile portrait of a young woman with winged headdress and scrolling banner "NO V ALE B ELEZA D OVE E CHRV D ELTE," with hand-painted cipher in blue and "Italy" to reverse.
