Two Antique Virginia Salt Glazed Stoneware Pots

Both half gallon size, a stamped "J.M. HICKERSON STRASBURG" circa 1885, jar with two brushed cobalt swirls (7 3/4 in.) (rim nick, rim out-of-shape, original surface gouge); the second, ovoid in form, is stamped "B.C.MILBURN ALEXA" circa 1860, without decoration (9 in.) (hairline across the handle).
