Known for its improved accuracy and lighter weight compared to earlier models, it combined the heft of a dragoon with a streamlined design, making it practical for cavalry and infantry alike.

Overall good estate condition, working action, ferrous metals have oxidation, naval scene has moderate to high wear, brass has surface scratching and patina, barrel wedge is loose but stays in place, grips have field marks from age and use.
