Two Antique Stoneware Pots, Evan R. Jones, Pittston, PA

Circa 1875, salt glazed, both stamped "2" with brushed cobalt floral decoration. A cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles (9 in.) extensive glaze scaling); the second is a jar with neck and shoulder tooling, applied lug handles (10 1/2 in.) (good condition).
