Attributed to Apsley Pellatt (English, 1791-1863), rising central standard with ormolu Helios mask burst, three lower unfurling ormolu arms over a cast spreading acanthus form pedestal base, the whole decorated in cut crystal prism and swag adornment; impressed numbered assembly stamps, otherwise unmarked.
