The American father & son duo dominated the design scene of the 1970-80s in New York City, creating pieces that work in both a traditional and modern setting. Their unique finishes were successfully accomplished through a burial technique with specific soils to acquire the correct patina and aged look. After the passing of Philip (father, 1907-1987), Kelvin (son, b. 1937) stopped production once all the previous commissions were completed.
Surface scratches to top.
