Qianlong (1736-1795), circa 1775, porcelain enameled in a rich famille rose palette with a male and female peacock standing in a lush grassy landscape with blue weathered rocks, a large vibrant pink peony and smaller flowers populate this serene meadow, the cavetto with an iron red patterned border, and an ornate colorful border with scrollwork encircles the rim.
