Length 14.5 in.
He was a market and sport hunter and focused his efforts in Currituck Sound. His life ended tragically in a murder/suicide. Prior to his death, he carved a rig of decoys for Cliff Johnson, the founder of Johnson and Johnson. This is an extremely well carved and early example.
