The Remington 1100 LT-20 shotgun was introduced in 1976 as a lightweight version of the classic Remington 1100, designed specifically for 20-gauge cartridges. Known for its smooth operation and reliability, the LT-20 featured a gas-operated semi-automatic action that helped reduce recoil, making it a popular choice among hunters and sport shooters.
Weighing significantly less than its 12-gauge counterpart, the LT-20 was ideal for upland game hunting and skeet shooting. Its combination of ease of use and performance quickly established it as a favorite in the field. Over the years, the LT-20 has remained respected for its craftsmanship and versatility, continuing to attract enthusiasts and collectors alike.
