Circa 1870, attributed to Pennsylvania, ovoid with tooling and brush decorated with flowers and swags, cobalt highlights to handle terminals. The larger is impressed "2" (13 3/4 in.) (two large rim chips; breaks and repairs to handle; long branching hairline to the body associated with missing clay). The smaller pitcher is half gallon size (8 1/2 in.) (base rim chip; handle with breaks and repair).
