Meiji period (1868-1912), with octagonal overlapping rim, hand painted in underglaze blue, overglaze iron red, and green and enamels, with alternating foliate registers to the interior, the exterior with blue cloud and urchin decoration on a white ground, underglaze mark and label to underside.
