Attributed Baltimore, Stoneware Water Cooler

Second half 19th century, bulbous form with high collar and grooved open strap handles, footed base. Both the front and back have brushed cobalt double clover decoration, cobalt encircles the handle terminals as well as the spigot, not signed.
