The first is stamped "S.H. SONNER / STRASBURG, VA" circa 1870, some brushed cobalt decoration, capacity "1" within a coggle wheel circle (9 in.) (small rim chip); the second is a one gallon stenciled advertising jar made in PA, "E.J. MILLER & CO. / WHOLESALE / DEALERS IN / QUEENSWARE, CHINA / GLASSWARE & C . / 63 KING ST. / ALEXANDRIA. VA." (cobalt is faint; rim has several areas of damage; capacity is not marked), and the third is half gallon, unmarked, with some brushed cobalt (7 1/2 in.) (kiln debris; upper rim chipping).
