Two Early Northwest European Brass Candlesticks

First half 17th century, the first of Capstan form, likely Spanish, having bold sconce with rectangular extraction hole, wide drip terrace over a spreading round base (5 3/4 in.); the second a "Heemskirk" stick, likely Dutch, with baluster sconce and standard, round extraction hole, with welled drip terrace midway up the column, over a domed foot (8 in.). Both unmarked.
