France, mid-18th century, brazed sconce and lobed shaft threaded to the domed base, the shorter with stepped serpentine foot and retaining some traces of silvering (9 1/4 in.), the taller in gilt finish with swirling gadrooned motif (10 1/4 in. excluding bobeche).
