An Extremely Impressive Megalodon Tooth on a Large Custom Base

Light gray enamel with large flecks of orange over contrasting dark gray root; set against a wooden dowel on a natural marine concretion. Found off the coast of North Carolina in October 2024.

Typical edge chipping, small chip to the tip at the back, and small loss at one root end; much smaller enamel losses than is typical for a tooth of this size; beautiful color and impressive on display.
