William H. White was active with his father Henry White in Fredericksburg, Virginia from 1818 to 1822, operating as H. White & Son. He was independently active in Fredericksburg and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the 1830s, and died in 1859.

Good estate condition, light use wear, the pair with minor warping to the tines.
