English, early 19th century, a strap work chestnut basket with cover and stand, signed Leeds, the basket features rope twist handles with floral terminals, (basket chip and hairline at the inner rim; hairline across the bottom, restored finial), stand (11 in.) (breaks across 7 in. with some glued repairs), cover (3 in. hairline, replaced finial, rim chip). The other pieces include an oval tray (numerous beaks across the straps) (10 in.), an open tureen with foliate and gadrooned decoration (4 x 7 in.) and a covered tureen with integral underplate, cover has a mulberry finial (interior stains; restored finial; firing hairline to one handle), none signed.
