Davidson County, probably cabinet shop of Henry Heitman, circa 1820, one part form, applied stepped cove molded cornice, plain flush frieze, two upper hinged cabinet doors with six window lights each with molded mullions, shelved interior with plate rail, distinctive high waist featuring a central lipped drawer flanked by two molded panels, applied upper and lower waist molding above two hinged lower paneled cabinet doors, shelved interior, canted corners, straight foot from the stile, applied bold eight inch bracket foot facing with spur.

Later paint to lower interior; retains old wavy glass; all over alligatored surface; shrinkage separation to the lower left door; shrinkage crack to the left and right front foot facings; spurs missing tips; right front foot side facing tipped.
