Oil on canvas, first half of 20th century, each signed "J. RUBIS" to lower edges, featuring Fragrance in Bloom and a painting of dahlias, one bearing the art supplier's stamp of Windsor and Newton, London, each with labels to verso, presented in conforming giltwood composition frames.

Stretcher sizes 16 x 20 in.; Frame dimensions 21 1/2 x 25 1/2 in.

Good estate condition, one with staining to canvas surface, needs cleaning, light buckling to each.
