Private Collection, Chapel Hill, North Carolina Lapp Princess Press was founded by Amy Baker in 1977 as a way to make artists' books more accessible. Most books were published in a uniform 6-inch square format, although each one differs in binding, materials used, etc. Numerous well-known artists were represented in Baker's series, such as Chuck Close, Elizabeth Murray, and James Rosenquist.
