French Bronze and Marble Joan of Arc Mantle Clock, Vincenti & Cie

Second half 19th century, featuring a patinated bronze sculpture of Joan of Arc, over a black marble pedestal with ormolu mounts centering an enameled dial with Roman numeral chapter ring under beveled glass, brass movement with countwheel striking on a bell, stamped "Medaille D'argent / Vincenti & Cie."

18 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 5 in.

Some minor chipping to the base and glass panel to the verso, some spots to the ormolu mounts; lacking winding key, pendulum, and securing nut for the bell; adjusting the minute hand does activate the bell chime on the movement. Please see Terms and Conditions of Sale: Clocks and Watches.
