Second half 20th century, for Colonial Williamsburg, reproducing the 1640 Royal Coat of Arms (Charles I), the reverse with raised elliptical mark "T. Elsley," along with raised oval Colonial Williamsburg casting mark, and obscured round Virginia Metalcrafters mark.
