Self-taught artist, James A. “Buddy” Snipes, was born in Macon County, Alabama. Since childhood, Buddy Snipes has created art from found materials available to him, inspired by his imagination and the people and animals he has known. Frequently, he adds sticks around the tin paintings to frame his works.

Rust oxidation to tin panel, otherwise good estate condition.
