Late 19th century, ebonized wood case with ormolu mounts, featuring 4-inch dial with Breguet hands, having Napoleonic swan and floral scrollwork surround, movement marked "FC / 8[lozenge]1 / 41", having suspension spring pendulum with countwheel striking on hours and quarters, within a Neoclassical four column portico with swan and putti scrollwork mounts. Includes winding key and original gridiron pendulum also marked "41".
19 1/4 x 10 x 5 1/2 in.
