Each an etching and engraving on laid paper, published circa mid 18th century, engraved by Jacques-Philippe Le Bas (French, 1707-1783) and Jean Erik Rehn (French, 1717-1793); includes Loup pris au Piege (Wolf Caught in a Trap); Mulet (Mule or Saddled Donkey); Chamois; Blereau (Badger); and Chien Courent (Dog Running); all mounted in uniform ebonized and gilt frames below glass.
