France, late 20th century, Mozart "Chantoung," with red and blue flowers, green leaves, and gilt, to include: (4) flat cups with (4) saucers, (4) bread & butter plates (6 3/8 in.), (4) salad plates, and (3) large dinner plates (10 3/4 in.); all marked to underside.
