19th century, a spherical form with applied hinged handle with dolphin mounts and chain, with a gilt and enamel scene of children at the center of the form; artist signed "Kramer" under the feet of the seated boy; marked with beehive and "Tanz Werbung" to underside.

Lid broken in half with glue repair, the flange with a couple of tiny chips, a loss, and an associated glue repair; flaking to gilt and an occasional light scratch or small mark; the handle is in need of repair with both sides loose and one side detached.
