Wool. The first Turkoman, the red field with repeating octagonal guls with blocky crosses between them, the multiple borders with repeating latchhook motifs (4 ft. 4 in. x 6 ft. 1 in.)(areas of low pile, hole, loss to one end); the second with red field covered in repeating boteh motifs, the spandrels and borders with stylized floral motifs (3 ft. 4 in. x 4 ft. 10 in.) (center hole with repair, loss to ends, stabilization stitches added to ends, low pile to center); the third with multiple medallions on midnight blue field, the center medallion with star and rosette motifs, the multiple borders with repeating latched and foliate motifs (3 ft. 5 in. x 4 ft. 7 in.) (one end with very low pile, exposed foundation, selvage wear, knot pop ups, loss to corners and fringes).
