Collection of the Prange Family, Hillsborough, North Carolina Janet Darnell Leach studied pottery at Alfred University, Black Mountain College in North Carolina, and in Japan. She met Bernard Leach in Black Mountain in the early 1950s. They soon got married and Janet moved to England to help him run his studio in St. Ives.
All over glaze crazing, hairlines, and irregularities inherent to the work; light grime to interior.
