The first Edwardian, round form with mark of W J Myatt & Co, Chester (1903), featuring repousse putti decoration (3/4 x 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 in.; the second Victorian, mark of Alfred Taylor, Birmingham (1856), match safe or snuff in oblong form with scrolling chased decoration and strike panel on back, period monogram to lid. (1/2 x 2 1/8 x 1 in.).
