Group of Vintage NC State Highway Commission Glass Plate Negatives

1960s, (39) aerial photographs, all glass plate negatives from the North Carolina State Highway Commission, Raleigh, NC, most in original highway commission envelopes stamped with project, roll, and/or exposure numbers.

9 1/2 x 9 1/2 in. each

Plates with expected age and handling wear including chipping and silvering along edges, fingerprints, and occasional scratch or light grime; one with writing on the glass, one with a small loss at edge, one with wear to image, and (2) with paper residue; most envelopes with soiling (occasionally heavy), chips, and tears. Good overall estate condition.
