Late 19th century, porcelain jars hand painted in polychrome enamels with identical scenes of figures and immortals in scenic settings, the covers topped with gilt painted foo lion finials, pairs of iron red and gilt lion mask faux handles flank the body, unmarked.

HOA 9 in.

Break with loss to tail of one lion finial; chip to interior rim of one cover; slight nick to interior of body rim on one; star hairline to other jar body; only one iron handle remains on pair.
