Watercolor on ivory, the first depicting a handsome dark haired sitter with hazel eyes rendered against a cloud filled sky, the second of a blue-eyed gent with powdered hair against a gray ground, presented in period gilt pendant cases with plumed hair reserves to the verso; the powdered hair gent's reserve with fancy opal foiled glass, gilt monogram and seed pearl decoration.

Case sizes 3 1/2 x 2 3/8 in. and 3 1/4 x 2 1/8 in.

Obverse glass cracked on the dark haired gent's case; else good condition.
