British School (early 19th century), Portrait Miniature of a Regency Dame

Circa 1810, watercolor on ivory, appears unsigned, depicting a dark haired woman attired in exotic vermilion dress with golden arm bracelet and regency turban hair wrap, presented in a period gilt tondo pendant surmounted by a tri-split hanger with ball finial.
