Vintage Chinoiserie Painted and Inlaid Cabinet on Stand

Circa 1940, labeled Rockford Furniture, one part form, upper cabinet with green field, painted and gilt highlights in the Chinese tradition with a single hinged bow-front door, the base with various inlays, single drawer raised on paneled bellflower legs with stretcher base, reeded block feet on casters.

Upper cabinet is locked with no key; some joint looseness; area of discoloration at upper center of door; lower left stretcher with areas of separation.
