Overall good estate condition, barrel bluing remains good overall with scattered slight scratches, some more moderate scratching under the forend due to very tight tolerances between action and barrel hooks, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, bores are shiny, scalloped and matted top rib, attractive lighter colored amber hue lightly figured stock with short checkering throughout, minor scattered blemishes in stock from field use, scuff on left stock head shoulder near action, back edge of polished and engraved aluminum action is scalloped, metal medallion inlaid into toe line, engraved game scenes of dog, partridge, and ducks.
