Serial number of H88787 present on right side of action ring, 24 in. barrel, high polished barrel, action, bolt, and bottom metal, fluted bolt body, action stampings read SOUTHGATE, CALIF. MADE IN JAPAN / US PATENT NO. 3.013.355, figured walnut stock with decorative wood forend tip and grip cap in the Monte Carlo style, cheek piece, Weatherby branded recoil pad. Redfield 3x-9x optic with a Redfield one piece base and rings, bikini style scope cover, fore and aft sling studs.

Overall very good estate condition, Weatherby high polish bluing is strong, and mirror bright, basket weave style checkering is clean and crisp, adorning a well figured walnut stock, forend and pistol grip cap are of a different family of wood with a white diamond shaped inlay present in the grip cap, moderate scratch to left side forend, some stock finish wear or oxidization present, scope is clear, classic and clearly used, bore is shiny.
