Late 19th century, three piece garniture set, carved white marble with gray and blush veining, comprising a mantel clock with serpentine form portico case, having a 4-inch painted dial, French dual train 8-day movement with suspension spring and countwheel striking on a bell, numbered "4732" and "92", and cast sunburst pendulum, together with two tripodal garnitures, each with carved marble urns supported on brass tripodal hoof footed legs.

Clock 19 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 5 in.; the urns 13 1/4 x 4 x 4 in.

Private Collection, Durham, North Carolina

Without winding key (untested); small chips to marble edges; one area of marble loss to lid edge of urn cover; areas of rubbing to brass.
