Set of Six Chippendale Style Carved Mahogany Dining Chairs

Early 20th century custom high-quality set including two arm chairs and four side chairs, shaped crest with relief carved central shell, scrolled ears with carved shell and foliate, pierced and carved back splat with central tassel set within a molded shoe, molded and stop fluted stiles, green plush over upholstered seats, molded straight legs with inside chamfer, stretcher base, down-swept rear legs, the armchairs featuring shaped arms with scrolled and acanthus relief carved knuckles and carved arm supports.
